I provide group counseling for women, usually in group sessions which last 6 – 8 weeks. Topics may include:

* Coping with Midlife Depression

* Managing the Transition Beyond Midlife

* Mindfulness for Stress Reduction and Coping

 

Groups are intimate, limited to 4 participants. An interview is required prior to joining the group.
